Appartamento San Michele

Holiday House in Parma in the city center

Located in the heart of the historic center, along the main street called Repubblica, this apartment takes its name from the nearby Church of San Michele. It is situated on the second floor of an old building with an elevator. The apartment consists of a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed for a child, a spacious kitchen, a hallway with a wardrobe, a bathroom, and a double bedroom overlooking a quiet inner courtyard. The floors are all in parquet, except for the bathroom; the ceilings have exposed beams and the furniture is completely modern. A special touch is given by the 70s wallpaper in the living area and the oriental influence in the bedroom. The living area, overlooking the peaceful Strada Nuova, is very bright thanks to the three windows with French-style frames, while the sleeping area, facing the inner courtyard, is quiet and peaceful. The building is located on Strada della Repubblica (formerly known as Via Emilia), the main street of the historic center that crosses the city from west to east. It is surrounded by all services and easily accessible by car (Barilla Center parking lot 100 m away) or by bus (bus stop in front of the building).

You will be hosted by Francesco

Born in 1978 in Parma, I am a proud Italian, married to Gaia and father of Guido and Vittoria. I work as a sales agent in the textile clothing sector. As a true Italian, football is my great passion, both as a sport I practice and as a source of entertainment. I have been a subscriber to Parma Calcio since 1990 and I have founded an amateur team called La Marchigiana, which has now become Longobarda. I am also interested in politics, a topic that has always fascinated me. In 2007, I actively participated as a neighborhood councilor, joining a civic list. However, now, with a family that includes a young child and another one on the way, my free time is limited and I can no longer dedicate myself to active politics. Another great passion of mine is food and wine, to the point that I wrote my political science thesis on "Typical products and food and wine tourism: how to enhance a territory".
